1. I declare that I have read ALL the terms and conditions for every benefit in this voucher and I fully understand each term and condition and fully agree to them.

2. I declare that all promotional vacation submissions but be made within the timeframe as indicated within the T&C on the website for the specific stay/voucher offer.

3. I declare that I must activate the voucher on receipt or the voucher will be completely invalid.

4. I declare that I must give at least three alternative dates for my desired travel time at least 30 days apart otherwise I will be unable to make any booking enquiry or get any vacation confirmation. This is not applicable to AU/NZ/US members. For members in these regions please refer to the main T&C within your website for the up-to-date rulings.

5. I declare that I must book my vacation within 12 weeks of activating the voucher, and that I can travel anytime in the 12 months the voucher is valid subject to availability, including but not limited to seasonal limitations and optional upgrade surcharge fees. This is not applicable to AU/NZ/US members. For members in these regions please refer to the main T&C within your website for the up-to-date rulings.

6. I declare to pay all booking, administration and refundable deposit fees where applicable before I can receive any vacation confirmation.

7. I declare that I agree to receive my refundable deposit within 28 (twenty eight) working days where applicable.

8. I declare that I must send my original booking form with booking fees and refundable deposit (where applicable) and this original signed declaration form before I can make any booking.
