You need JavaScript enabled to view it with your unique voucher number and we will send you a new password. - Do I have to pay an additional refundable deposit if I am taking other people on vacation with me?
In most cases, no you do not. The refundable deposit is the same. We will inform should there be any additional charges, via email. - Can I use more than one of the benefits in my voucher?
Yes you can! All the benefits in your unique voucher are yours to enjoy and we hope that you take advantage of them! - Can I book my flights before I get confirmation of my vacation?
We advise that you wait to receive confirmation of your vacation before you book your flights. Max Generation is not responsible for any customer who books their flights before their vacation is confirmed. - Do you arrange flights/transport?
We do not arrange flights or transport connected with any vacation and this is each individual’s responsibility and choice. - When is low or high season?
This depends on where you are going and what time of the year you wish to go as seasons vary in each country. You will be informed of this when we confirm your vacation dates. Please follow all the instructions in your unique voucher. - Are there any charges if I travel in high season?
Generally, yes there are. You will be informed of any charges at the time of confirmation. However even with these small charges your vacation will still be considerably cheaper than anywhere else. - Why do I have to provide 3 dates for my vacation?
We have thousands of customers requesting our special deals and this allows us to fulfill demand. - I haven’t received my confirmation email yet?
Please allow 14 working days for your confirmation, from the time we have received all the supporting documentation and appropriate payment from you. These requirements will be clearly stated on your original booking form on your unique voucher and in the terms and conditions. Once you have sent us the information that is required (Please see terms and conditions in your voucher) your deposit will be refunded within 28 days.
